Direct from Supplier Delivery

We use a variety of shipping methods to fulfil our orders. On certain products we use the suppliers delivery option to deliver direct. They will contact you via text, email or call to advise of the delivery slot.

• PJH – They will text/email for you to book in a delivery slot.
• Swift – They will give you advance notice of the delivery and a 2 Hour slot
• Eastbrook – They call in advance to ensure access is ok and will book in a day with you.
• Airuno – They use a pallet service to keep the hoods secure during transit. Please lookout for text/email notification

We also use our own van for local deliveries where possible. We will always call you to book the delivery . There is no tracking available for this service, but you are welcome to call for an update.
