Here is a simple guide to installing a fridge-freezer
Firstly, position the fridge-freezer into the cabinet space using both hands and another person if needed.
Leave gaps of space between the back of the fridge and the wall of the cabinet. You will need to leave a gap of 33cm at least between the two.
Secure the appliance into place and you’re done!
It’s how to attach the kitchen doors that are the main consideration. There are two types of fixings; fixed and sliding hinges. Fixed hinge is where the door attaches directly to the appliance, and sliding is where the door attaches to the cabinet and slides the appliance door open. There will be fixing and templating instructions with the appliance. If replacing an existing appliance, always choose the same hinge method as the one you are replacing.
