There is a simple way in which you can clean your oven.
1. Remove everything from the oven, including racks, pizza stones and thermometers.
2. Put on gloves and apply oven cleaner to the interior.
3. Leave the cleaner to work for 20–30 minutes, checking the label for exact timing.
4. While you wait, clean the racks outside with the same cleaner.
5. Wipe down the inside of the oven with a damp cloth.
6. Rinse the racks and return them once fully dry.
