     In Stock  An item that is ready to dispatch immediately and should be delivered within a few days. 
     Add to basket  No additional stock availability information is listed – but the add to basket button is showing.  An item that we usually stock or are able to source within a few days.  The delivery time should be within 1 week.
     Backorder  An item that has sold out or has an extended lead time.  We try to add additional times to the listing when we have the information.  You are able to buy the item to secure stock.

    Delivery Methods

    Smaller items like microwaves, hobs, taps and some hoods are dispatched via a courier, you will get an email and text with tracking information.  If you would like to receive text updates, please ensure your mobile number is added in the mobile phone box to enable this.

    Larger items are delivered using a variety of methods, but most ovens, large appliances, bathroom screens and baths are dispatched using a 2 man delivery service with express deliveries sent on a pallet.  Please see the delivery page for more information on this.
