The standard delivery method is a dedicated 2-man service. They will collect the item from us and arrange delivery directly with you. You’ll receive a delivery slot with tracking and can accept or reschedule as needed. Delivery is typically made within a 3-hour window, and the team will carry the product into your home.
Please note: Due to the coordination required for collection and delivery, this service usually takes 3–10 days.
You can also select our Weekday of Choice option. For faster delivery or a specific date, we can dispatch via pallet service. Pallet deliveries are kerbside or doorstep only, and you’ll need to carry the item inside yourself.
Next-day delivery is available for pallet orders placed before 12pm . Just leave your preferred date in the checkout notes.
