ViandPro Double Wok Burner Range – Gas Hobs With 2 Wok Burners

In our Bradford showroom, we’ve recently stumbled upon a product that has been flying off the shelves. In 2019 we started to selling ViandPro hobs and one of the most unique features was the fact it features 2 wok burners.
In both the 5 burner and 6 burner 90cm Gas hob variants, there are 2 powerful dual wok burners.
This has seemed to resonate with our clientele who love the design that places them on opposite sides of the hob meaning two large pans can be cooked at the same time.
The dual wok burners (this means there is an outer and inner flame on the ring) give excellent 4.2kW power, so food can be quickly browned and then left to simmer. Larger households are not limited by what can fit on the hob at the same time. A lot of our customers live in multi-generational households, and they can cook multiple dishes at the same time or leave a bit pot cooking while another dish is prepared. It would be very useful for households with differing dietary needs, you can do meat free or plant based versions separately without having to sacrifice the ‘best’ burner on one of the pans.
But they aren’t just for larger families. Sometimes when deep frying, keeping the temperature of the oil hot when batch cooking can be an issue. By having 2 wok burners, you have the instant power available for closely controlling the heat, but also have plenty of other rings free for the rest of the menu.
