CDA are offering up to £150 cashback on selected ovens until June 30th 2023.

CDA Cashback Promotion 2023 – Terms and Conditions
1.The CDA Cashback Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a gift of up to £150 (the “Gift”) to purchasers on purchases of selected CDA ovens from an eligible retailer. Claims are valid for purchases made between 9th January 2023 and 30th June 2023 (both dates inclusive) and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim by 31st July 2023.2.Cashback values are varying depending on the eligible model purchased. For the avoidance of doubt, all eligible models and associated cashback amounts are listed below:

3.The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and is available to consumers only (i.e it excludes trade and contract sales) and is always subject to product availability. You may not submit a claim under the promotion if you are an employee of, or otherwise associated with the promoter.

4. Cashback will be paid in the form of a prepaid card which can be used in any retailer that accepts Mastercard. No other cash alternative is available for this promotion.
5. The prepaid Mastercard® is valid for 1 year after redemption. Please pay close attention to your individual expiry date. All available funds must be redeemed by this date. If not redeemed the funds will be lost and cannot be reinstated. Mastercard® is a registered trademark and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard® International Incorporated. Cards provided to EEA residents are issued by Transact Payments Malta Limited and cards provided to UK residents are issued by Transact Payments Limited pursuant to licences by Mastercard® International. 6. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
7. Claims relating to product not identified above or purchased outside of the promotional period will not be accepted. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned, or display models will also not qualify.
8. The Gift will not be paid if the product purchased is returned to the relevant retailer.
9. No postal claim form is available for this promotion and only online claims can be submitted.
10. To claim your cashback, please visit the CDA promotions claims site at www.CDAPromotions.co.uk and follow the onscreen instructions. If you have any queries, please consult your retailer, or contact the CDA Promotions Support Team by email: cdapromotions@360insights.com. You will be required to upload a proof of purchase to support your online claim, failure to do so will mean that your claim will be rejected.
11. All online claims and amendments to claims must be received by the Promoter by 23:59 on 31st July 2023. Any claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims, which it considers, in its absolute discretion are or may be fraudulent or invalid. Claims for returned products or fraudulent entries that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated.
13. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
